Process

Step 1: Grinding of the food

Food waste enters the grinder based in the kitchen area or wherever it is necessary. The grinder will accept all food-stuffs apart from very large bones. It has multiple safety features.

Step 2: Transport via vacuum to the main unit

After the food is ground down, the waste is automatically transported to the main unit wherever it is in the building. This can be via gravity, but a key advantage to the Global Enviro system is the ability to transport the waste via vacuum, allowing the main unit to be located anywhere within a building and be fed by multiple grinders on multiple levels/locations.

Step 3: Dehydration

As soon as the food waste reaches the main unit, the water and grease is seperated away through our proprietary pressure-screw system.

Step 4: Bioreactor

The dried out food waste incubates in our anaerobic reactor for 18 hours, this whole process is smell free and reduces the total waste ammount by at least 90%

Step 5: Final Product

After the 18 hour cycle you will see the transformation from a vast ammount of food waste to just a very small box of clean, organic natural compost.
